Details: Adjusting to our new reality has left many of us experiencing feelings of loneliness, disconnection and struggling with isolation. This workshop will bring us together to create a safe space to understand what we may be feeling, how to identify our needs and ways to build in new routines to feel more connected as individuals. We will also explore community options and resources to support mental health and wellness.
Facilitator, Hayley Peek, works as a Peer Supporter and Mental Health Consultant in both the workplace and community. Her focus is on creating safe spaces for education and conversation around mental health, wellness and addiction.
