People experience depression and/or anxiety, and sometimes isolate. This group is an open and safe sharing space for anyone experiencing Depression and/or Anxiety. It’s a safe space to talk about mental health, with peer supporters Ora and Stephanie, leading the conversation from a place of lived experience.
