People experience depression and/or anxiety, and may sometimes isolate themselves. This group is an open and safe sharing space for anyone experiencing depression and/or anxiety. It’s a safe space to talk about mental health, with peer supporters Ora and Stephanie, leading the conversation from a place of lived experience.
