How to Register:

New to the Family Support Program:

• If you are attending for the first time, contact us by email at familysupport@cmhastarttalking.ca to complete the intake forms.
• Once forms completed, a family support staff will register you.
• Each person interested in attending must complete their own forms.

Current Family Members and Caregivers in the Family Support Program:
