Join us for this interactive session as we explore a wide range of coping strategies to help you to feel more confident about overcoming potential challenges to your sense of wellness – especially now as we enter the winter months with the continuing shadow of Covid-19.
We will not only provide tips and strategies related to evidence-based self-care and resiliency practices but will also offer interactive exercises to engage participants in the discussion. Participants can expect to leave the session with ideas to implement right away.
