The Invisible Role of Support: Why Your Well-Being Matters Too

July 30, 2026

6:00pm – 7:30pm

Online only via Ontario Telemedicine Network

What you will learn:

  • Exploring the “invisible role” many family members and caregivers take on while supporting a loved one
  • Recognizing signs of emotional, physical and mental exhaustion that can come from constant caregiving
  • Learning practical strategies to prioritize your own well-being without guilt or self-sacrifice
  • Building tools for boundaries, self-compassion, and sustainable support so you can continue showing up in a healthier way

Learn, connect and gain new insights through our family psychoeducation events. These sessions provide practical knowledge, helpful resources, and supportive discussion on a variety of topics related to mental health, substance use, caregiving, and family well-being.
