2026-2031 Strategic Plan
As we conclude our 2021–2026 strategic plan, we reflect on a period of meaningful progress grounded in our core values and commitment to community impact. These values continue to guide our work and remain central to who we are as an organization.
This year also marks an important transition. Building on the momentum of our previous plan, we have developed our 2026–2031 strategic plan through a thoughtful and inclusive process, in partnership with MacPhie and informed by input from our strategic plan steering committee, staff, clients, board of directors and community partners.
Our new plan reflects both continuity and evolution—retaining the principles that define us while setting a clear, forward-looking direction. With a renewed purpose, defined values, strategic ambition and clear priorities, it positions us to deepen our impact and respond to the changing needs of the communities we serve.
We look forward to officially launching this next chapter shortly.
