Addiction Support and Education Circle (ASEC)

A collaboration between CMHA Simcoe County Branch, CMHA Muskoka Parry Sound and Mamaway Wiidokdaadwin, the Addiction Support and Education Circle  provides a community-based group treatment option for people looking to address their substance use. Participants should already have identified a substance use goal and be working toward it.

The program blends Indigenous and Western approaches to support physical, mental, social and spiritual growth and healing while on the way to achieving one’s goal.

Each cycle consists of 2 group sessions per week plus attendance at one of our Peer Support Groups. Cycles are offered during the day as well as in the evening.

The program is provided by Zoom at this time so a computer or device with a working camera and microphone and stable internet connection is required to participate. For dates and more details or to self refer, call the central referral line at 705-721-9554 (Central referral line is through Mamaway)
