How to access the program:

In Ontario Health Central Region, referrals for the OSP program are being coordinated by Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care, and services are being delivered in a wide range of community settings. This includes primary care, community mental health agencies, post-secondary institutions, Indigenous organizations, and family services agencies.

If you are a psychiatrist, a primary care provider (family doctor, nurse practitioner), or other health care professional, you can refer clients into the OSP program. Alternatively, clients may sign up for the program themselves.

If you have any questions about the referral form, please contact Waypoint at 1-877-341-4729 ext. 2883 or email us at: osp@waypointcentre.ca

If the person being referred does not have access to email, a completed questionaire can also be sent to 705-527-0390.
