Client Safety

You and your family play an important role in preventing safety issues. Your questions and comments are often a good source of information about potential risks, errors or safety issues.

CMHA, Simcoe County is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for everyone. You, however, are also responsible for maintaining the safety of CMHA, Simcoe County property and locations. This can be done by ensuring that you alert staff when you see any unsafe conditions.

In addition to enforcing and practicing safe work habits for staff, CMHA Simcoe County also offers prevention focused education and services to clients to ensure a safe environment for you and others.
