Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)
Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) is a client-centred, recovery-focused mental health service for people with serious and persistent mental health illnesses. Case Management
Case management is a goal-oriented program open to individuals age 16 years and up who have been diagnosed with a, or have a diagnosable, serious mental illness as determined by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. (continue reading… )

Court Support
The Court Support program provides support to individuals living with mental illness who are involved in the criminal justice system and require supportive housing. We also work with individuals living with mental illness who have criminal charges pending. (continue reading… )
Crisis Services
CMHA Crisis Services offer individualized support to assist in the resolution of emotional or personal crisis. An interdisciplinary team of mental health and addiction professionals provide 24-hour services to those in crisis. Telephone, mobile and residential crisis services are available. Dual Diagnosis

Family Health Team
Our Mental Health Therapists and Psychiatrists are qualified professionals who will work with you in a short-term, focused, and confidential manner to find solutions. Family Mental Health Initiative
Family Mental Health Initiative (FMHI) of Simcoe County has been providing education and support to family members and friends of persons experiencing mental health difficulties in Simcoe County. Peer support is created through a trusting, equal and empowering recovery-oriented relationship between two individuals who share a similar experience. RVSP Program (Clubhouse)
